Concerted effort is like a fortress——SRE Group smoothly developed autumn training activity
In order to improve the team cohesion and promote the communication between staffs, from October 20th to 2017 21st, the group organized its staffs to develop autumn training activities for 2107 year.
11 o'clock at noon on Oct 20th, all staff arrived at training base on time. After grouping and a series of warm-up exercises, all staffs were formally engaged in the development of main training program——baseball training.
Under the guidance of the coach, staffs got to know the history, rules and training notes of baseball. Baseball, collective and antagonistic, is a kind of ball game featured with the bat hitting the ball. Known as "the combination of athletics and wisdom", baseball gathers wisdom and courage, recreation and cooperation.
In the course of training, everyone gets familiar with baseball rules. At last, they even have keen interests on baseball due to final grasp of the basic skills. From this sport, staffs fully appreciate the charm of team movement. Baseball associates activity and inertia with clear division of work. The relationship between team members should not only emphasize personal wisdom and talent, but also pay attention to strategic tactics and mutual cooperation. Clear-cut assignment of responsibility demands active cooperation, mutual service and overall situation regardless of self-interest when necessary.
On the morning of October 21st, after one day of hard training and team running-in, staffs ushered in the critical moment of testing. Before the game, every member, under the leadership of their captains, took initiative at the game. Each game developed a scientific plan and coordinated the assignments of team members. After fierce competition, the UN team and Black Horse team reached the final. Ultimately, UN team after mentality and tactical adjustment, in circumstance of a total score far behind Black Horse team, edged ahead tenaciously and won the championship.
After this game, representatives of each group shared their sentiment. Playing baseball is identical to work, which not only focus on team and capacity, but also pay attention to strategy, rules and spirit. By mastering the rules, clarifying strategy and team work, staffs and members can improve their personal ability and motivate their spirit. Therefore, they can get twofold results with half the effort and ultimately achieve success.
In the end, leaders issued certificates and awards for champion teams and individual winners and summarized this development and training activity. They affirmed the positive effect of this event and hoped that the experience of the baseball harvest could be applied to the future work. Therefore both the company and its staffs can grow at the same time.
