“Set the future from the heart” ——SRE Group campus recruitment for 2018 ended successfully


Dated until December 9, 2017, the second-round interview of SRE Group Campus Recruiting “Zhihui Plan” for 2018 brought to a successful close. After rounds of selections, about forty fresh graduates gathered in Shanghai to participate in this round of interviews, and finally about ten outstanding fresh students stood out. 

 chairman of the group, expressed that he appreciated students’ attention on SRE Group, which now is an enterprise at a rapid rise. It can provide beginners with a broader stage and a predictable future. He sincerely hoped that all staffs could realize their self-fulfillment on this platform.

This school recruit started in October and the whole process was strongly supported by company's leadership and various departments. Special thanks should be made to colleagues and leaders who attended Recruitment Talk as alumni: Wang Xingming, assistant general manager of Cost Contract Department, Qiang Xiaohua, deputy general manager of Quality Management Department and Xia Shu, general manager of General Management Department. Group School recruit team, in the limited time, went to Tongji University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Southeast University, Hunan University, Guangxi Nationalities University and other five 985 and 211 colleges and universities for recruitment talks and interviews.

During career talks, the atmosphere of various universities was hot. SRE Group provided diverse positions including investment, designing, finance and other positions. More than 600 participants attended the talks. During recruitment, SRE Group received more than 4600 CV and initially interviewed 400 students.

Through this campus recruitment, the group not only promotes the brand effect, but also attracts more high-quality talents with high education.
